Alison (Gaia) Baytop graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in 1999. She is a licensed massage therapist in Maryland and DC and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Gaia thoroughly enjoyed teaching both the academic sciences and practical application of massage at PMTI for 10 years. She has been trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Connective Tissue, Reiki, Orthopedic and Hot Stone Massage. This variety of modalities allows Gaia to creatively integrate and design a unique experience for each client. Gaia believes that through massage, each individual is given an opportunity to experience that connection to something greater than us all.
