Holly loves to help people feel better, and to learn more about themselves through massage. She connects easily with her clients as she fully accepts whatever they bring to the table (body, mind, and spirit). Holly believes we are all works in progress, and that we are all striving to grow and change. She is attentive, caring, and listens deeply to the whole person with her hands and her heart. She believes compassion is an essential component of effective health care. Holly’s clients enjoy mental and emotional stress relief, as well as relief from physical discomfort and pain.
Holly’s treatment skills include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Zero Balancing. Trained at the Baltimore School of Massage, she is a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and is licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
