Cathy is a Licensed Massage Therapist with additional diplomas and certifications in Asian Bodywork Therapy (NCCAOM), Process Acupressure, and Clinical Acupressure (Soul Lightening International). Cathy offers a “whole-being” approach to bodywork and tailors sessions to the specific needs of each client. With many tools to choose from, a session might include Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, Asian Bodywork Therapy including shiatsu (gentle or deep compressions and/or stretching along meridian pathways) cupping, guasha, and moxibustion, Clinical Acupressure and/or Process Acupressure

Cathy is the Director of Clinical Acupressure for Soul Lightening International, and serves with founder Dr. Aminah Raheem, on the Board of Directors for that organization. She teaches professional level acupressure workshops nationwide, and is the coordinator for the 2009-10 Soul Lightening Acupressure outreach program: The Spirit of Seva Project: Acupressure for the People. This world outreach program teaches 1-day acupressure workshops to lay-persons for self-care and family care.
